Café Excellence Moves Forward
We are investing in our future; we will be moving into our new facility in May 2008. Our new roasting space has the latest roasting and packaging technologies and a new cupping and quality control room. We will also have a factory store, open to the public. Rotary Club Selects Café Excellence Products for Fundraiser
The Rotary Club recently launched a fundraiser for ShelterBox selling Café Excellence coffee. The function of ShelterBox USA is to raise money to provide shelter for disaster victims. ShelterBox is a grassroots Rotary Club project which has rapidly grown to an international level. Shelter boxes are usually packed with one or two ten-person tents. Other items can include insulated sleeping mats and bags, thermal blankets, water purification tablets, water containers/carriers, a trenching shovel, rope, a hatchet, a jack-knife, a screwdriver, a hammer, a multi-fueled cookstove, eating utensils and plates, and a children's activity kit. http://www.shelterboxusa.org

Café Excellence Launches New Coffees
In our continual search to offer new and interesting flavors to our customers, Café Excellence introduces four exciting new flavors.
Mocha Java – This is a classic, world famous blend. Roasted to a light to medium color, this coffee has a rich, creamy taste from Ethiopian Mocha combined with the light earthy and low-acidity beans of the island of Java.
Ethiopian Yergacheffe – This is the finest Ethiopian coffee grown. It has a mild earthy, nutty flavor with a touch of tanginess, thick body and a distinctive floral bouquet. It finishes with a hint of blueberry.
Fair Trade Organic Peruvian – Roasted to a medium to light color, this coffee from Peru has a clean, tangy, cherry flavor with a good acidity and medium body. This is a great breakfast blend coffee that can be enjoyed any time of the day.
Fair Trade Organic Mexican Decaffeinated – Medium-roasted, mountain-water-processed decaf beans have a gentle, breezy aroma with a surprisingly rich taste. Buttery notes complement this splendid coffee.
Chocolate Crème – This coffee combines the flavors of rich dark and milky smooth chocolates with crème.
